I can not say enough good things about this company! They are just wonderful. My husband and I used Nationwide out of Kaufman to move from Dallas, TX to Montana! It was a huge adjustment as I am a Texas girl born and raised.. So I really wanted a good moving company to come move my belongings. My husband was a judge and of course he wanted to interigate everybody that he got on the phone with! So I decided to just take over the whole move myself. I didn't want one of those contracting moving companies and I also didn't want tons of phone calls. So decided to get on the internet and look. Not having luck finding a REPUTABLE one, I received a post card in the mail from Nationwide Moving Services so I researched them and didn't find anything on them. So I gave them a call, they directed me to Stephanie. I absolutly love her! She told me that since we were in the Dallas area their estimator could come out to my house and give me a free in-home estimate. Of course I requested one and she had the estimator out there the next day. He was so nice and knowledgeable that he even impressed my husband (which is not easily impressed) that as soon as the estimator left I told him that we are going with that company whether he liked it or not. So as soon as Stephanie called to tell me the balance of the move I told her that I wanted to book. I think we ended up talking for an hour and a half and we were ready for the move date. When the movers came they were so good to us! Mark and his crew were just awesome and personable. Everything was wrapped so nicely and they even boxed up a couple of things that I had forgotten. About 24 hours after they left the customer services called me with the final balance and the estimator was only a couple of hundred pounds off! The dropped our stuff off here in Montana 4 days later and everything was in the same condition that it left in! Mark was wonderful and so was Stephanie and I couldn't thank you enough! If we move again they will have my business for sure!!
