We never signed the contract and they still took over 600 of our money. We were just stupid enough to give our payment information. They would not answer any questions in writing. We had many questions, but were given the runaround the whole time - just long enough, according to them, that we passed the 7 days notice needed to cancel. We had to get another company at the last minute. We are still in the process of this move. Both customer service representatives lied repeatedly. Please think it over before you call this company!!!!!!!!!!!!
