We called on July 15 to confirm our move on July 25, and they confirmed; however when July 25 came, we called and they said their driver quit on July 18 and they had no other option for us, that we should go to "Plan B".
This company does not care at all about us, even though we had cordial conversations over several months. Repeat, they lie to you and probably will cheat you if they can. Do not give them the chance, run, run away from this company and do not, repeat not plan on them showing up!
If you have any dealings with this company that are not a disaster, you should head straight for Las Vegas and bet everything you own on the pass line. You are indeed lucky.
In my case, I had renters headed for my house and these people didn't show up to move me so I was still here. If I lose this lease, Nationwide Moving Services will hear from my attorney.
