Beware. This was a stressful nightmare. These folks promise service they cannot provide. Driver never showed up, never called and they could not find anyone else to fill in. I was left hanging with vague information about how they might or might not be able to find a substitute as I waited in my motel. Was put on hold for long periods and the office hours were limited. I ended up using Hi Line who told me that Nationwide had failed to provide pickup for two other Montana customers in the last few weeks who then turned to them.
