bad experience
1) the estimate given based on a excel sheet i filled was totally inaccurate !
(there was 2000 lbs difference !)...of course i had to pay the difference
2) movers came late by 4 days ! we couldn't be there for pickup
3) customer service .... the WORSE ! after pickup, couldn't get in touch with a representative for two days !! several calls, voice messages...
4) lied about the way items would be packed - contract mentionned protective wrapping and the broker said that means nylon and bubble wrapping for items like mattresses, leather, fragile stuff.... the movers brought only blankets !
5) kept saying they will have wardrobe availalbe in the truck...and of course they didn't ! they wrapped the clothes with blankets !
please avoid this company , had a painful experience with them !
