complete misinformation and extremely poor service

i cant even tell you how bad this nightmare has been. Relocating from NH to WV for job reasons Nationwide made many promise they did not keep. They hired Modern Movers from farmingtom michigan to do the move. The assured me that they would be there thru the entire process til my funiture was delivered. NOT SO. They guarenteed me a date of my move...THE ACTUAL MOVERS SHOWED UP FOR DAYS LATE...remember i said "we will be there for you thru the entire process" ?? guess what THEY did nothing...they never returned calls..... and continually ignored my calls. and i was late starting my new job and that did not go over well at all. Now ive been here....and two weeks ago contacted the movers directly to have my funiture delivered to my new condo...and im still waiting....being told over and over ...we will call you ...no calls ever come...... or we can do it this day ...only to have to call them and here nope my guys are driving til blah blah blah......so i call again NATIONWIDE < we are with you the entire way ha> and they washed their hands of it. wanna hear the kicker.....my company PAID THEM UPFRONT.....they had to have a check overnighted to them in order to secure the EXACT move date .... now my furniture and pocessions are being held literally hostage.. on the first leg and now i am having to sleep on a floor with a pillow and blanket. THIS IS COMPLETELY the worst and most unprofessional way to do business. I honestly wonder if the owner of this company is aware of these issues. i am extremely upset and will be taking whatever action is necessary with the better business bureau in both states . If anyone else has had this bad of service also id love to hear it .....and curious what legal standing we may have.....
