We used Nationwide Relocation for our move from Brooklyn NY to Austin TX. The actual moving men were very nice and hardworking, but the people behind the scenes were horrible. The dispatcher was rude and uncooperative. My agent was useless when I called to ask for help in finding out where our stuff was. Our estimated cost was much lower than the actual cost, even though I OVER estimated how much I was brining. Our stuff arrived a week PAST the estimate window. I was promised to have the driver's number at all times, but the dispatcher refused to provide me with this information. It was a horrible experience. My piano arrived damaged, and still nobody has returned my phone calls to follow up with a claim. DONT USE NATIONWIDE.
