NR is located in FL. The person who did my scheduling seemed pleasant and knowledgeable. However, they apparently contracted out my move to Best Price Movers, who are incompetent. I have had to fight daily to get a delivery date confirmed (scheduling the first, which they missed, took 6 days, then 2 more days to get the next date, which they missed--and I am still without my things after 10 days). NR's quality assurance people have not even responded to my calls and e-mails. Check the many other customer complaints at
