Would not use again at all costs

First off, Nationwide was not even the true movers. I filled out a form on the internet and Bill Campbell contacted me and fed me the "I will make sure everything is taken care of". Stayed on the phone for 45 minutes telling me the "not to exceed" amount and how everything would work out fine. Our stuff would be on a truck with about three other families and everything we owned would be color coded. Never could get a true date out of him. I lost count on how many people called "assigned to my account" but had ABSOLUTELY no information to give me when I told them how bad things were going and "someone will be contacting me" was the line I heard over and over. Moving Day rollls around and a ryder truck shows up at 10 PM and is barely able to get everything in it. Only our family, not several and not in a big truck. They were going to take our stuff to the next location, unload, load the other people's stuff to move them across the city then load our stuff back up....what??? We all decided to wait one more day instead of unloading and loading. The next day comes and goes no calls. But they did show up the next day.... Called Nationwide to complain and they assured me we would be compensated for our trouble but didnt know the amount. I felt a little better after that....until it was over and the trouble was only worth $25 according to them. Delivered on time. Dented the walls while moving into the NEW place. Stained baby's rocker, chipped SOLID MAHOGANY dining room set. I am sorry to say I went solely by the great converstaion I had with Bill Campbell....he is a great salesman is all I can say. High Site 20/20 Cant tell you not to use them but there is no way I would ever go with Nationwide relocation again.
