I called the afternoon of the 31 and customer service told me they were trying to locate a service for me and would call back. They did not call back. I called the next day and got the same run around. my consultant Vincent stopped taking my phone calls. I cancelled the order. I will have to watch for my deposit refund now. You are better off getting a U-Haul than dealing with these clowns.
