Company has promised followup to missing boxes, but nothing has been done. Our original "rep" no longer takes our call. We requested claim form from both "Gwen" and "Arlene" two weeks ago, but not sent. Mr. Sanchez promised to contact storage facility and call us back within two hours. That was two weeks ago. This company was great to work with until the move was completed, and the contracted company who actually moved us did an excellent job of protecting our furniture, packing everything, and loading it. We do question the dubious storage facility, and the loss of our belongings is most likely their fault, but we expected a degree of support from Nationwide relo as they "handled" our move, and assured us they would see us through the process. As to total cost, we consider this company more than fair and our representative, Milt Seidman, was helpful throughout, until the final bill was paid!
