The worse customer service ethics I have ever dealt with. Not one rep has a clue of what is going on. As soon as they see the caller ID, they ignore your call and talk to you like you are a bother. THINGS YOU MUST KNOW: 1. They call to move you before you are expected to. 2. Then different clueless agents call you back to tell you a different story. 3. When the call back they want to force you to take their first available move date because it works for them. But, if you request a different date "forget about it". 4. Beware, when the movers show up, there is no kind of paper work to sign...nothing stating what the amount oF items are... BY LAW... THE MOVING COMPANY MUST GIVE YOU AN INVENTORY SHEET AND OR A DOCUMENT STATING WHO IS THE CARRIER AND YOU ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. 5. YOUR DEPOSIT/RETAINER FEE IS NEVER, NEVER REFUNDABLE. 6. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE RUDE, DON'T CARE HOW IMPORTANT YOUR MOVE IS, WHAT YOU HAVE GOING ON, HOW STRESSFUL THINGS CAN GET. THEY ONLY CARE WHEN THEY ARE READY TO CHARGE YOU MONEY. I REFUSE TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. YOU WILL HEAR FROM A LAWYER AND WE WILL SEE IF YOU WILL HANG UP THE PHONE THEN TOO.
