Terrible Experience

First off I will say our representative Michael was great! He is actually the reason we choose this company. Always answered my calls or called me back with answers to my questions. The deal went sour when the day before the move we had called to see how things were going and when we should expect to have the truck at our house, well having to give them the 2 days wiggle room, they didnt have a truck yet on the first day. Ok no big we thought, so the second day comes and we call....they are still looking for a truck to move our house.... mind you we booked and paid OVER a month in advance. So I get in touch with there customer service which was TERRIBLE, the lady was not helpful at all. I simpy asked her what short of plan they had in place if a truck does not come? She tells me "well you can just cancel"...Really? thats it, and then she say or you can wait and we will continue to look for a truck to do the move. BUT in order for ME not to break the contract I had to wait to cancel until close of business on the last day stated for pickup. So we waited and waited and I didnt even get a courtesy call to let us know they have failed to find a truck. The close of business was 7pm, so obviously there was nothing we could do the rest of the day. First thing next morning I called and cancelled and ended up having to get a rental truck and pack up the house in a hurry since we were now 3 days behind schedule. We will never use this company again to move my stuff. Again, Michael was great, although never even heard from him again when things went wrong.
