I am pregnant with twins and have a 2 year old so I could not move myself from Texas to MI. I hired them 2 months before my move date because they said that they would have my stuff on time. Here it is almost 2 months later from the origingal pickup date and they still have not picked up my things. My husband is still waiting in texas and they kept saying they do not have anyone to service our area. Well, why did you say you could do it? The customer service is very rude as well as the management. they kept interrupting me and making excuses as to why my things were not picked up. They said all I could do was cancel and get my deposit back but will not compensate me for furniture i had to rent and clothes I had to buy for my twins and son. They said its not their fault. However, I think that it is! If you cant service a person do not put them through waiting for almost 2 months. So disappointed. By far the WORST company ever. I asked to speak to corporate or an owner and they would NOT give me a number or have them call me. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY MAKE YOUR MOVE MORE STRESSFUL AND ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK FOR YOU>>>THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!
