Nationwide is full of cheaters, liars and dishonest people

Nationwide Relocation is full of cheaters, blackmailers, and dishonest people. The more you will talk to their supervisors. You will find you are talking with a more professional liar. They blackmailed me at the last moment by increasing the price 33% even before coming. These are agents. They never had the mover but keep blackmailing by stating if you want a mover, agree to more money, if not , your deposit will go away. I am impressed by the fact that, these criminals are still in the business, even cheating hundreds of consumers. Every review is 100% correct. It’s not worth to write or complain on their website. They will never reply and might delete the review. Remember! You are dealing with criminals. I fund some of the places to complain but it is not a complete list, other than your credit card company and hiring a attorney https://nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov/HomePage.asp (National Consumer Complaint Database, Federal Motor National Cons Complaint Database) http://www.movingscam.com http://www.myfloridalegal.com/ http://www.consumer-action.org http://www.trustlink.org/BusinessProfile.aspx?ID=206013598 bbbwestflorida.org bbb.org American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA). The Nationwide agent Mr. Freddy , the nationwide agent confirmed that that movers will come on 25 or 26 and everything was included including packing material, packing service, mileage, gas, toll, shuttle charges etc. When I read the contract and asked about different legal term. Freddy said this does not apply to you. Then I emailed him stating we talked about these terms and let me know, if anything is not correct from our discussion. I called him and confirmed it was received. He confirmed everything was correct and there will not be any hidden charges, Now the moving window time came, some moving company called on June 24 mornings and told me that they are calling on behalf of Nationwide and will come and pick the stuff on June 25. Nobody came, Then again on the same day, another local mover on Nationwide’s behalf called and said, he will come on 26 afternoons. Then he told me that he will charge extra $365 for Atlanta Shuttle and also 365 for Lexington Shuttle. I was threatened that if I will not be paying the stated shuttle charges, movers will not come and deposit will be fortified. After calling several people and ultimately talking to their Manager, MS Cicely. She told me that she reviewed the papers and she agreed that shuttle was not ordered initially. She said now she will get me moving without shuttle charges, but moving date will be June 30. If I will not agree to that, my deposit will be fortified. As promised delivery deadline was on June 28. They were telling me that my stuff will come to destination in July. It was unacceptable to me and I hired another company urgently and paid $4500 for this emergency move In nationwide contract the total amount was $2291.46 and I paid the deposit of $715.37. I found paying $4500 was still cheaper. Now after seeing the extremes of lies and dishonesty,. It will be question able, when they will come to pick the stuff and in what condition it will be delivered, if it will be delivered. And God know how much more money they will ask at the last moment
