Extremely Late and unhelpful

This company is the worst transportation company I've ever heard of. I trusted that they would be able to move my shipment in the 2 week time frame that they agreed to. Three days before the lastest scheduled delivery date (two weeks later), I had to call and check upon my shipment; they did not call with updates. I was then told that they did not have any way to move my items because it was not a full load. I live by myself and am apparently not as important a customer as an entire family would be. They were not helpful and did not act as if my service was valued. Four weeks after they picked up my things in Arizona were they delivered in Wisconsin. Never use this company.
