My entire experience was exceptional. From the customer service rep that provided my original estimate and several revisions that I requested (thank you Racheal) to the on site pick-up and delivery, service was excellent. Representatives were professional, courteous, prompt and thorough. They not only protected my entire shipment so that it arrived without damage, they accommodated an additional 2 boxes of goods that I added at the last minute. Despite inclement weather on the east coast, my shipment arrived on time as promised. I highly recommend National Van lines!
