I never take the time to write vindictive reviews, but feel inclined because of the horrible experience I had with this company. They were by far the most difficult company to work with, especially with delivery. First they said they were coming on the wrong day, the original move team was horrific, they broke 50% of my kitchen ware, they took apart of all my furniture, lost the screws rending them unusable. I have been trying for 6 WEEKS to get an answer from them on how they're going to handle my issue, and they continue to not return calls and emails, say they're reviewing these recorded conversations (Which Ive asked numerous times for them to send to me because I am not in the wrong and want this as proof of our previous conversations).
Moving is stressful enough - I have moved from Asia to New York to Florida and back to New York 6 times throughout my life - this is BY FAR the worst experience, due purely to the unprofessional nature of their customer service and follow up. Please, trust this review and do not use this company.
