From the day I picked up the phone and spoke with Susana to the day of delivery, Nationwide Movers provided the highest quality of service from scheduling to pick up to delivery. Although I was very tentative in handling a long distance move strictly by phone I am very happy I did. Details of what items were being moved were easily provided over the phone to Susana who is knowledgeable and friendly, a pick up date was scheduled and 2 days prior to pick up I was contacted to update my listing. Day of pick up Augustine, his daughter and another experienced employee came and did a phenomenal job! All furnishings were wrapped before they left the house - a door had to be removed to accommodate overstuffed furnishings but was replaced as good as new. They were friendly and professional - in and out in a little more than 2.5 hours. The truck and equipment was immaculate! I felt confident and comfortable with Augustine and his team on the job!
As a side note, my daughter did a similar move a few months earlier using another long distance mover. What a nightmare! From waiting on the sales person to physically come to the house, jot down the items, and provide the moving estimate to the delivery it was one mess up after another. Day of delivery was a complete disaster - MOST of the furniture was either scratched, gouged or the finish was destroyed. We are still trying to straighten out the damage and claim processing with that company. So for my money and peace of mind NATIONWIDE MOVERS IS #1 !!!!!
