STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!If I could give no stars, I would. I dealt with Daniel initially to set everything up. He guaranteed me of the company's ability to deal with an out of state move (From Vandenberg AFB, CA to Minot AFB, ND) and that they had dealt with military moves before. Everything seemed to go as planned until the day they were to come and pick up our belongings. They ended up sending some individuals that couldn't gain base access between the warrants and the inability to provide any identification. The drivers left without saying anything to us or their supervisors until they were already out of town. We were on a schedule so them not picking up our belongings threw us into a terrible situation. Theended up sending a truck the day we were to do a final out. The driver informed us that it was his day off and he didn't want to be there. The other two who didn't work for the company but were the "helpers" of the driver and were nice enough. They showed up in an old Penske truck that had graffiti all over it. Mind you, I was told by Daniel that our belongings would be held in a local storage in a town close to Lompoc, not La, Oakland, etc. which is where we're assuming they are. We still do NOT know since we can't get a hold of anyone that can give us direct answers. We called the 18th of August to release our stuff. In their contract (which they've failed to follow from the start) it states they have 30 business days to deliver our stuff. When we called initially we were told no longer than 5-7 business days. This past weekend, we were told that management GUARANTEED our stuff would be loaded weekend and delivered either today, 2 August, or sometime this weekend. We called to check (not the company calling us) to find out that out stuff not only hasn't been loaded, but they can't find anyone who is willing to drive up to North Dakota to deliver our belongings, per Sally at customer service. What kind of company is this?! I was going to wait to write a review HOPING that they would redeem themselves but I can't wait. They refuse to call us back giving us any kind of information. I'm pregnant with two boys with the oldest being five. We have no belongings and can't get any information when we're going to get them. This is not a company who should be operating out of state. DO NOT CLAIM YOU CAN PROVIDE A SERVICE YOU CLEARLY CAN NOT DO, OR CHOOSE LATER ON YOU THAT YOU DO NOT FEEL LIKE DOING IT. Thanks for the TERRIBLE moving experience. Out of the numerous cross country moves we've had to do, this one has been the most miserable. We paid someone 2200$ take our stuff and not bring it back....and that's only 60% of it. Awesome.
