on august 18th i e-mailed dispatch and said i wanted my stuff delivered between sept 12th and 14th. i received a reply saying that they would call closer to the delivery time (my things were in storage). I never received a call back and i ended up having to call them back. they are impossible to get on the phone--i finally was able to talk to someone by calling their sales department. they claimed it was news to them that i had found a house and wanted my things delivered. however, they already had my new address in their system and i was able to produce the email i wrote on august 18th. i expressed my frustration and they said they would deliver on sept. 14. well, here it is sept. 14 and no truck. i had to call 3 times to get someone on the phone who said they'd call me back in 10 minutes after they contacted the driver. 40 minutes later i called again because i got a call back and the representative said there was a note saying my truck was still in TX! they found out where the truck was and didn't even bother to call me back! right now, i hate this company. if they delivered my stuff tomorrow, i'd probably remove this review because i am a very reasonable person.
