I just want to tell you that we were pleased with your service from beginning to end. The guys at pick up were courteous and efficient.We made contact with Carlos. He was kind and kept us up to date as to when he could be delivering. Both guys were patient and did a nice job. My daughter was a little stressed during delivery and at the end found damage on a secretary Desk. Carlos took a picture and said they would take care of it. He couldn't have been nicer. Later, I was able to point out that the damage was not on the part of New Planet but at another time period. When she was able to be calm, she had to agree that it was not New Planet's fault. Please disregard the damage claim.
