After my doctors told me I needed to move from Illinois to a warmer climate because of health reasons, I started looking for apartments and a moving company. I found an apartment in Glendale Arizona. After researching several moving companies, I chose New Planet Moving and Storage. Honestly, I was very nervous about my decision but, Trish from New planet Moving and Storage was very helpful in putting my worries at ease. She gave me a very competitive rate and was able to work with my time frame on moving. When the day came for the movers to arrive, I was contacted by them and was kept informed on the exact time of arrival. Leo, the driver and his helper was very professional with all the paperwork and the handling of my furniture and belongings. I was also informed by Leo on the time of arrival of my belongings in Arizona. I was amazed at the great way I was treated by all at New Planet Moving and Storage. I had arrived at my new apartment on a Friday afternoon and my belongings were delivered on the next day! Leo was an unbelievable driver getting into the apartment complex!! All of my furniture and belongings was in perfect condition. I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. They are true professionals that care about their customers!! New Planet moving and Storage is definitely one step above the rest!!
