Damage and missing containers

They did not wrap a couple metal items and they were scratched and dented. The people loading said my items would be delivered in the same truck they loaded it into. They were delivered in a different truck. Based on all the damage as a result of boxes and containers collapsing, I believe they must have unloaded into a warehouse for a few days though I would not have agreed with that plan. Two containers are missing, never delivered. Their contract is tight, there is no way to get adequate compensation for their carelessness.
There estimating process is flawed. They gave me an estimate based on information I supplied them and they were 50% wrong. Then they had the audacity to tell me my estimate was short and usually is. I didn't make the estimate, I don't move regularly and don't know how to estimate. Obviously they don't either.
I would never use this company again but if you do, make your own estimate or else bump theirs up by 50% or so to avoid higher charges.
