I can say that New York Local Movers went above and beyond. When I contacted their office, I received all the info I needed. They are professional, friendly and very efficient. Their customer service is great and affordable which is the most important thing. I booked the timeframe and if I had to change something, it would not have been a problem. I have used this company for the first time and I am extremely satisfied. I could not have asked for more kind, caring and thoughtful team of people. Their scheduling is flexible and everything is very well-organized. On the moving day, John, Sean and Sam showed up on time and started working immediately. I saw they were the people I could trust. Firstly, I thought I would do the move myself, but then I changed my mind and it is very good I did change it. Every step of the way, I saw that my things had been taken care of. There was not a single scratch or dent anywhere. Regarding to the high quality, I thought that the price would be much higher, but that was one more positive surprise! I mean, I was really pleasantly surprised. These guys deserve more than five stars. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. Great job New York Local Movers!
