A great company! When I phoned them, a receptionist answered right away. He was very kind, polite and respectful as he took my information and provided a quote. The quote was reasonable, and was all inclusive. He made it clear there would be no additional fees. A few days before my move, they called me to confirm. Again the phone experience was extremely good and positive. They confirmed a time for arrival, and went over details of the move. On the moving day, the movers arrived on time. They called to let me know they were downstairs. The men were wearing clean and nice looking uniforms, and were all courteous, polite and respectful to me. They treated me with respect and they were really careful with my stuff. They worked much harder than I could have expected, scarcely even pausing as they loaded the truck. When they arrived at my new apartment, again they showed amazing hustle unloading the truck. They even placed everything the way I requested, actually they did it twice, because I had been changing my mind and they did not charge me extra for that. I am extremely satisfied with these movers. I know who I am going to work with in future for sure if I need a move! Highly recommended moving company!
