The move started well but then turned terrible. The rep was rude and they were taking items and without protecting them shoving them into the truck. It was only a 10 mile move. On arrival valuable items were found to be broken. Then they started to try and hide the damage they did ..I had to inspect things coming off the truck one by one. They broke tv's, furniture, art and scratched walls and floors. The owner of the company still has not made any move toward compensation this is three months after after my personal insurance(Thank-god) sent me a check and copies of assesed values to Noahs Ark. Don't hire Noah's Ark your valuables will tossed around like garbage and you'll deal with a company that does not take responsibility.The cost of the damages was much more than the cost of the move.
