We chose this company cuz its "BINDING" estimate and we did misunderstood its name with North America. Well, the whole experience with them is just a nightmare. We moved from Austin, TX to Jersey City, NJ, We brought one bedroom stuff and the binding estimat was around 1000. We were told it was included everything (gas, stairs, )but then we were told to pay more by the movers or else they are not going to pick up the stuff and leave. We were rippped off by almost $500 for some bs reasons like they need to do some more wrapping even tho they thought we already did a great job. And they charged us fuel and stairs. Our sale, Tyean was the evil one. She told us all the good things about this compamy and gave us a pretty price and she disappared. We tried to call about the extra charge, she just diaappeared. It has been 13 days since my stuff were picked up in Austin Texas and we are still waiting. I call everyday but I didnt get any further help. I am told everyday that they are still working on the available truck and my stuff are still in TEXAS. I just cant believe it. Tyran told us it will be 2days to 2 weeks before delivery and now, they have one more day till that 2 week time limit comes up, my stuff are still in TEXAS. Who know how much we are going to be charged before they want to unload our stuff. seriously, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. They are the worst. I will never ever use them and will tell all my friends not to use them.
