Horrible experience

I recently moved across the country and chose North American because they are a big company and I assumed they would do a good job. I can't imagine a worse experience. They picked up my belongings at the last possible moment during the window I was given. They were supposed to deliver my belongings between the 13th and the 18th of the month. I called on the 18th and was told that my shipment hadn't even been assigned to a driver. I was promised it would arrive in the 5-6 days following that. I called 5 days later and it still hadn't left the warehouse. Needless to say, it is now the 30th of the month and I still don't have anything. Not only are they extremely late, but every time I called the customer service line, the people were so rude. One woman named Lauren basically told me that since my shipment wasn't big, I was the last priority. Last time I checked, I still paid the same rate per pound than other shipments do. Thanks for making your customers feel completely unimportant. Not only have I gone through all of this, but I have never received an apology or any type of compensation for their mistakes. I will NEVER recommend anyone use North American and I plan on telling everyone I know my story so they won't use the company either. They made my relocation absolutely miserable, and I am really tired of sleeping on an air mattress and living out of a suitcase.
