I've never been treated so poorly by any company in my life. A week after my things were picked up I called to find out an estimated date of arrival, thats when I found out my things hadn't left the state because they did not receive my faxed payment. The fax number on their forms online is wrong. Upon fixing that, I was given a window from April 27-29 with a 24 hour notice call. After the window passed and I received no call I tried in vain to get a hold of ANYONE. I left 5 messages, called repeatedly and finally my husband got a hold of someone who said they would call dispatch and find out where my things were and would call us back in half an hour. No one called back. My mother-in-law called the 888 number repeatedly like a crazy ex until someone finally answered. She finally got the number to dispatch and come to find out my things wouldn't arrive till Thursdsay May 5. They picked up April 11. I chose this company because I needed an easy way to move my things as my husband was just coming home from Afghanistan and I had my 1 month old daughter at the time. We stayed in a hotel the first week until we found a house, expecting my bed, crib and things would arrive by then. They didn't and after two weeks of sleeping on the floor and the couch and repeatedly being ignored I was livid. I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER, their customer service is ridiculous and I fervently hope they go out of business soon.
