Horrible experience. Never use them unless they are the only company.

I had talked to the company representative and obtained a quote. They gave the quote and promised it is not going to be any higher than that. They did not want to see the stuff and give the quote. They were courteous until the day the movers arrived. As soon as the movers arrived they started coming up with various charges. They also increased the quote by 50%. After the movers took the stuff the customer service changed dramatically. They were very rude to the point not answering the calls. They went to the extent of saying "you signed the contract, it is your problem". It is one thing being late or charging bit more. But doing business with them was being robbed. It was the most horrible experience that I ever had. I would never use them and would not recommend.
