I was receiving numerous phone calls from what it seems like every moving company in the world! After turning my phone off for a week, it was time to face the vultures of the moving industry and I knew that I had to do my research and I heard every voicemail and the all sound like the sales rep was miserable. Until I heard the voice mail for this company and sound like the sales rep had a smile from ear to ear, thats what Caught my attention about North van lines, She was very personable and professional.
I gave them a call and I was very pleased with everything that was explained to me she even asked if I had any questions and I had alot we talk for about an hour and half. She anwsered all my crazy packing questions and what if's? and I was very happy at the end of our conversation that I booked with her the first time we spoke. My sales rep even went over and beyond to get quotes for my 2 vehicles. I even booked with their auto transport company. As far as my household move it went great, everyone over at North Van Lines,INC deserves a big thank you because it was beyond amazing service. Thank you, you guys are my movers for life and I already reccommend my bother in-law so expect his call.. Thank you again for all your help!
