I hired north to pick up my items in PA to TN. Before finding this company I was bum bared with a ton of phone calls and e-mails which had to be every moving company in the US. I basically just turned off the phone and did my research and called each and everyone back at my own time. When I came across North van lines I knew that my searching was done, my sales rep and I were on the phone for about 2 hours, she went into every aspect of the move even if I did not ask,too. By the end of the convo she had asked if I had any other questions or concerns and I was speechless, she had taken care of all my concerns! I admire North van lines for having such a great asset to their team. I booked with vanessa the same day and my search was done. The pick up was amazing, Alex and his team were great took my home by storm and were out in a record time. Delivery even better, John and his team placed all of my items were I needed them to be so I did not have to do any heavy lifting. I recommend them to everyone I know and I will make sure that everyone know how great my move went!!! Thank u guys
