I have recently relocated from my home in PA to a new home in TX to be closer to my daughters and grandchildren. I must say this has been a overwhelming experience at the least. I was contacted by numerous companies and they were all the same very quick to the point. Only one stood out from them that actually took the time to hear what I had to say and also explained what their company includes. I guess in this industry its a dog eat dog world. I knew how the moving industry worked I've used them half my life in the Army, I am a veteran. North van lines also offered a discount for veterans and/or anyone in the service, which is great. Well, I have made a great decision to go with them, my furniture was pick up this morning and the crew was great, just like my consultant advised me. I must admit I am very hard to please and when my daughters heard of my move going smooth they were amazed that I did not drill them like I do with everyone. I will be back when I receive at the other end with an update. But, for now I will like to thank everyone for their hard work and dedication to their customer service and the whole team...
