Unfortunately like many on these sites, the moving process was not planned . It was like that for me I had to move on very short notice and I had to be out in Fl by a certain time frame, So instead of just submitting my information I just chose movers and started calling I had about 5 estimates and some reasonable and some just out of this world. I called 3 that I felt were in my ball park and thank god i started with North van because, I was given really good information to do some vital searches on the companies i will like to go with and it came to be that the other 2 were not legit. As my customer service rep started to explain the in and outs of the moving industry I felt as I was getting a crash course in how people really get scammed. By the end of the conversation I knew everything that I needed to know. It felt great to know that she really cared about how my move is handle. I booked with them that day and was set. I set my pick up for Friday morning and I will be expecting a delivery within a week which is great. Well, I had a wonderful experience with the movers, great group of guys. I had to express my gratitude, they are just great company! thank you for helping on such short notice... Lia
