After receiving my delivery earlier this week and going through my items , I have some time to sit and express my gratitude and my biggest thanks to North van lines, INC. Long story, short.., I had been transferred over to Colorado for work and left my home and wife back in WA. I did some research and came across north and I called them right away from all of the information I saw online I knew this company can handle a move my size. I have spoken with Vanessa for about an hour and half regarding the whole aspect of my move from start to finish, she did not leave a rock un-turned. I appreciate the time spent to explain how extensive my 5-bedroom home would be. I requested full service being that my home is just way too much for my wife to pack alone. I had a very short time frame to have my items pick up and shipped out to meet me in Colorado at the new home. From the time the crew showed up they were straight to work they had my home packed up and on the road in one day now that what I call service. Alex, my driver kept me in tuned the whole time so I did not miss him in Co and also kept me up to date when they loading my home in Washington. Out of all the times that I have moved in the years I have never came across a company that stands next to their word, the strive to make the customer happy and they will go above and beyond to make sure their always happy! I have found my moving company and I AM recommending them to all of my colleagues and I will tell my story to everyone, every where! They definitely deserve all of the praise they get. An outstanding move done by an outstanding company... Thank you Alex, Vanessa and everyone else over at North Van Lines; KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK YOU WILL HEAR FROM ME SOON.
