If anyone is as tired of moving and searching for that perfect company or at least wont scam us, we all go through that phase of going through all the calls and emails it gets nuts! I had put my information on a site and all of a sudden my cell phone and house phone were crazy with calls from movers nation wide. I realized that that was a bad move on my part. The good thing out it all is I found my mover; As I was deleting the numerous voice mails from my home machine I heard this voice representing North Van Lines and I had to give them a call. What it was that caught my attention is how happy she sound to work for her company, everyone else was just sad. I gave them a call and it was smooth from their. Vanessa my consultant was a amazing the way she sound on the voice mail is the way she was every time I called. Which is great to hear when you phone a company. Vanessa and I were talking for about 2 1/2 hours that's dedication, she went through every detail of the move even went ahead and check my address for delivery to make sure a trailer would be accessible, which I thought was great service looking to the future to make sure their would not be any extra charges for me. I really appreciate the work and time that was put into my 5 bedroom home, I hired north van lines for full service, my home was just too much to handle alone and they blew me away I did not have to lift a finger! I am so happy for my decision and I am grateful for this company staying true to their word and work! Thank you for all you have done everyone over at North Van Lines, INC.
