I called this company based on the good reviews I read online. I did a bit of homework about movers because of the crazy stories I heard. I checked the license and insurance for this company and every thing looked on point. Then I started looking at their reputation and I came to find that they have one of the best reps online. I called them and got an estimate. I figured not to ask to many questions just to see what they will discuss with me. Sure enough they went over all the details for the move. We talked about the packing I might need, explained that I have full control and I can stop when ever Id like so that I can pay only what I want. did not guarantee anything just to get my business. basically and very honestly this company is very freaken honest and after reading the one negative review they have, I realized that who ever wrote that review is an ignorant person because if in fact they were that type of company as mentioned as in the review then they would have done the same to me. They did an outstanding job and people should be honest when sharing their experience about a business online because my move is complete and everything went perfect and no complaints. Plus I have all the paper work that they give and everything they explain over the phone is the same as whats in writing. I did not get charged for anything extra. I took control over my move. Very happy with my experience.
