One thing that most companies I hired in the past was that they lacked communication. The people from North Van Lines were quite sensible and they always updated me on the latest situation. I got calls from the customer care and the crew who worked in my home notified me of what they are doing. The job was carried out in a totally seamless manner. The crew never called us for help. They just followed the instructions precisely and made sure the items were in place. The packing was really good. I had to pay a little extra in order to cover some items that were not in the list but it was worth it.
