North Vanlines dishonest,hidden fees!

North van lines was dishonest to me and my military family. Beware: We were told by Thomas that the shuttle fee would not apply because the same truck that is used to pick up, is used to deliver. This lie cost us $350 extra that we have to regain using the legal system since we never agreed to it. DO NOT USE NORTH VAN LINES! Also, they seem to be rating themselves since my computer picks up the same phrases in all the positive reviews.
