I would have been so lost without North Van Lines. The sales rep I called told me about the inventory list I needed. So I got the best idea I could during packing and then called in a couple days later. We booked for Saturday the 15th. She walked me through everything I needed and advised me on how many movers we would need to get the truck loaded on time. They guys were so good at their jobs! I mean obviously, I would hope so. But they worked so well together and they were careful and loaded according to weight and size. They had to be very used to each other. Very different from the craigslist teams I've used in the past who obviously met that day. I felt secure in leaving them with my belongings. The team just showed me how reputable North Van Lines really is. They driver was experienced and told me how long to expect the truck to take realistically. It took less than a week to arrive and we unloaded with another team. Not a single box missing, which is unheard of. I am pleasantly pleased with this experience. I am most definitely recommending them to my friends
