I am thrilled and happy to say that I got the best service from North Van Lines and it is refreshing to deal with a company that sticks by their word. My move had a lot of moving parts and it was a full pack of a huge household and I must say that they did a great job packing however after doing a walk thru during pick up I found everything to be in order and sent them on their way however about 30 minutes later realized I had stuff in the attic that needed to go as well. So I called Jason at North Van Lines in a panic and he directed to the movers to come back which they happily did to get the rest of the goods. Delivery came a few days after and everything was accounted for. I am so relieved to have my move complete and I am thankful for the job they did.
