This mover was arrogant, over charged for items in the last minute, delayed shipment by 10 days of promised date, their men just dropped boxes right in front of us and said things broke because PBO (packed by owner) even if the boxes said fragile.
Very long damage settlement process and unjustified settlement. For me, no time to go to courts.
