I worked with Alicia in sales and signed a contract with agreed upon pick up and delivery dates. She was to be my point of contact for the move. The day before the move, Carlos called me and said he was now my contact and the dates Alicia had given me were no longer valid. He said the sales department are brokers and will tell you whatever they have to in order to seal the deal. He voided my contract then and there with his own pick up date. When I called Alicia to cancel the move and get my deposit back, she gave me the run-around for a week, saying Carlos had been fired (he hadn't) and that management had been trying to call me (they hadn't). And finally, saying my deposit was non-refundable even though they had violated the contract terms. AVOID this company at all costs.
