I finalized a contract with Northern Vanlines on 4/6/12 and payed a deposit of $998. Pick-up was scheduled for 6/4 or 6/5/12 - they called to say they would be coming between 12 and 2 pm on 6/5/12 but NEVER showed up! I tried calling the company at least 100 times with no return phone call and they never answered the phone. They still will not call me back to reimburse me my deposit! I have filed a complaint with the BBB! Do not use this company it is a total scam!!!
