At first Julian was very helpful and knowledgeable, and since I had read many good reviews, and only some bad ones, I thought they would be a reliable company. Since we had a small move, they offered a great price. I was dumb and listened to Julian's declaration that prices could go up soon, since fuel costs were going up, and made a reservation deposit. A few days later my husband and I decided to instead use a rental truck, since we needed to tow our 2nd car, and I called Julian to cancel & get a refund. He said since I hadn't signed the reservation contract, I would be able to cancel & get full refund of my $585 deposit. I guess it was stupid of me to ever trust these people, because it has now been more than a month later and still have not received the refund. After 2 weeks I called Julian again and he said the cancellation didn't go through, so he would submit it again and I would see the refund in 7-10 business days. 12 business days later I didn't see refund so tried calling him at his personal number and the company phone number, but only ever get answering machines and in a week and a half no one as returned my calls. I keep calling every day.
Has anyone else reached a live person by calling the number listed on their website? Do not trust this company. They are dishonest. Do not make the mistake I did of thinking you can trust them.
