No truck showed up on the date I scheduled over 2 months ago. Contacting Julian who didn't get back to me until the end of the day via email saying there was a truck damaged and they couldn't be there for another 5 days. Couldn't get a hold of anyone after calling a billion times to both julian and the company number. Saw all these terrible reviews incidentally and immediately called my credit card company and told them the situation. They refunded my $625 deposit and said they would take care of it. Would not recommend
