Horrible Experience!

Customer Service was 2 people and they don't answer the phone. The sales guy said i could call him and he would help along the way. LIE! After getting my upfront money, wouldnt ever return a call. I just wanted updates and couldn't get them. Finally got a different number and got someone. And when they told me something that didn't happen, no one knew why I was told that. I was told would be here the first week I was here and wasn't. They also told me at one point it's on the way. Its in transit but we don't know the drivers name? The next day to verify I'm told no, it's in a warehouse in Colorado. Wow the other way, really? They say oh we are checking we will call you back, they didn't. Just Didn't communicate well, told me I'd have my things in 10 days tops. But in the fine print, they have up to 21 days. Which again is cool, but communicate that. They got it here in 19. Goes by weight and never shown weight tickets and 700 lbs over. I was told. Which equated to almost 600.00 more than the quote. Again fine, but can I see the weight tickets. No answer and no tickets generated. Research research! Live and learn. I thought I did my homework well :( Grateful...I do have my things, the boxes looked like they been thru a war zone, but i pop corned and bubble wrapped fragile items so everything is perfect. Bad company to use. Most stressful move ever. Lies lies and no one knew anything or why I was given bad information constantly.
