Note the reviews on this website XXXa large number of vanilla "they were great" with perfect scores, and a large number of stories of damage, theft, fraud, and coercion. It seems obvious to me the "perfect" reviews are written by Northern themselves. Beware!
We are fortunate we only lost our $893 deposit. Northern didn't show up to pick up our stuff. We tried to get our deposit back, but they refused. Complaints to BBB and the relevant federal agency were politely received, but they won't enforce our claim.
Check lots of reviews, including the many stories of how Northern ripped people off, and don't be fooled.
Note they are periodically under suspension for safety violations... they took our quote and promised to pick up our stuff DURING SUCH A SUSPENSION (as we found out in researching afterward).
