1. Arrived on time
2. Took 7 days to get actual. The office didn't get the truck weight until we called every day for 7 days even though the weight is supposed to be done immediately upon departure from pick up.
3. Ripped railing to upstairs out of wall with couch. My wife and I moved the couch upstairs without a single scratch
4. We have been finding damaged things every few days since we received our things.
Damaged items include
- Crate and Barrel $1000 bar with dents, scratches
- Dresser with broken drawer
- Dresser with broken face board below drawers
- TV stand with broken face board on side
- Large plastic tote smashed with broken items inside
- Significant scratches on wood dining room table
- Dings/scratches on 2 book shelfs
- Wood and leather bar stools with dings/scratches
- Glass candle stands wrapped in bubble wrap broken inside a very damaged box
